(1) Four-post structure and screen frame up/down movement driven by geared motor.

(2) Mitsubishi PLC control, Touch screen control panel.

(3) High quality components: Printing head driven by SEW geared motor with installed imported linear guide rail. SMC cylinders. Imported frequency converter.

(4) Automatic glass transport system.

(5) Automatic peel-off, rate and speed independently adjustable.

(6) Printing head rising up to 400mm for screen maintenance.

(7) Adjustable off contact from 0-25mm(0-1 In.)

(8) Speed of squeegee and flood bar separately adjustable, squeegee stroke adjustable via limit switches and photocell, squeegee and flood bar with fast-clamping system.
