Feature- Beverage Filling and Capping Plant:

1. The magnetic torque is used for screw capping.

2. Spring cramps are used in the bottle rinsing process.

3. The filling and capping will be stopped automatically when there is no bottle.

4. The whole machine is controlled by PLC with touch-screen as the human-machine interface.

5. The empty bottles can be turned over 180°along the conveying rail. Rinsing the bottles inside and outside.

6. The efficiency of bottle rinsing is high.

7. The machine is used in production of bottled non-carbonated drink of fruit juice, fruit wine, mineral water and pure water.
