uPackage and Storage

The product is packed by special plastic bag inside while remarked paper carton outside, with each bag 5 Kg and each carton containing 4 bags. Customers’ good and reasonable Package requirements are also available.

The product should be sealed and stored in a dry place. Have been opened or unused product should be well sealed timely to prevent moisture and losing effectiveness. If product has broken package or moisture, should not continue to use.

uHow to mix:

Mix ratio 1:(0.28-0.3)(which means :5 kilograms of SCASTAR need 1.4~1.5 kilograms water). Blend it well at once by mixing tools or hands (Wear rubber gloves). The continuous stirring time should be 1~2 minutes.

uHow to Fill:

Make sure holes is clean, no water, slag and other sundry goods left inside. All holes such as slant holes and horizontal holes need plugging to avoid slurry flowing out except vertical opening holes. For high temperature, the whole mix and filling process should be quick and continuous and the filling should be finished in ten minutes, or else the slurry won’t be poured into due to fluidity loss. For mass objects’ crack, the operators should coordinate and adopt “team work”. During each loop operation, one group cannot deal with too many holes. To ensure perfect crack, pay attention to synchronization so that expansion pressure in all holes appears almost at the same time.

uHow to maintain: Maintenance:In Summer and Autumn, the construction needs no maintenance and it usually takes only 5~24 hours to crack. In Spring and Winter, should take warm water(about 40°C) to mix and take necessary heat maintenance measures, the crack time is usually in 20~30 hours. The lower the temperature is, the longer cracking time it takes.
