A6510,is one-component, thixotropic viscosity, high temperature and

solvent resistant, anaerobic flange sealant.

Characteristics

It cures when confined between two close fitting metal surfaces in the absence of air.

Usage

Used for flange sealing of rigid structure machining parts, typically used for flange sealing of

automobiles, internal combustion engine crankcase, gear case and cover board.

Applicaiton

1. Cleaning the surfaces that to be glued and coated, removing the rust, dust, greasy dirt and other foreign matter and substance. PUNADE cleaner A6755 is recommended.

2. Apply sufficient adhesive to bonding part. Assemble in normal way and leave enough time for curing.
