Application

HDPE/PE pipe production line is mainly used in the production of water supply and drainage pipes , which used for agriculture and construction , cable coating and other fields .

The complete line is consisted of extruder , vacuum calibrator , hauling machine ,cutter and tipping rack , hauling machine unit has come ways of hauling , such as caterpillar type, three-claw type , four-claw type , six-claw type and so on . there are also knife-lifting cutter and planetary cutter

With this extrusion line you can produce high quality water supply and gas supply pipes with excellent hardness and flexibility.

Process flow for HDPE/PE pipe production machine

Raw material + additive → mixing → vacuum feeding machine → hopper dryer → single screw extruder → color code extruder → mould and calibrator → vacuum forming machine → cooling tank → haul off machine → cutting machine → stacker

machine description:

1. Automatic feeding and drying system: vacuum sucking up and automatic controlling hot air heating.

2. Single screw extruder: high speed extruders adopts notched barrel (with water forced cooling transportation zone), shielded screw with special mixing structure ensures the stability of high extruding and

3. Electrical control system: Siemens PLC, ABB converter, Omron temperature controller. The entire production line adopts the originally imported new control system of PLC programmable computer, guaranteed highly and steadily reliable controls of the production line.

4. Die head: specially structured spiral accumulator-type die head surmounts stress orientation of polymer chain during pipe forming and achieve smooth-pressure extruding, and makes the good physical and chemical properties of raw material be copied into the pipe, meanwhile the stability of the extruding pressure is the strong guarantee for high-speed manufacturing.

5. Vacuum calibration tank: vacuum calibrating mandrel adopts our own proprietary’s mult-sheet water immersion calibrating mandrel (invention patents, practical new patents), realized the cooling calibrating evenly and effectively for plastic pipe, ensuring high speed production of the pipe.

6. Haul-off machine:high speed flat belt pulling machine with multi-group roll wheel is specially designed for high speed pipe production, which can ensure the stable running during the production no matter at high or low speed.

7. Stacker and winding machine

1.Pneumatic controll,turn over to unload automatically.

2.Fixed the length dimension automatically, can provide different length install according to the demand.

3.for pipes of small diameter and can be winded, two working position coiler is recommended
