G80 chain is a high strength chain that is primarily used as a hoist and chain sling (rigging ) for overhead lifting and lashing , tie down and so on.

1,Our load chain pasted 11 times test before the shipment in order to keep stable quality. If you required the detail , please contact me and ask it .

2, Our broken test is 10% higher than G80 chain standard requirement at lest . We have TUV test report No.15061451 002 .

3, Our own special models (see the below pictures) keep the Nice Shape , No Twist, 2 times calibrations keep Exact Size .It can be used for sling , but also for electric hoist .

4,Intermediate frequency heat treatment process keep to meet G80 chain strength requirement, elongation and suitable hardness (38HRC to 42HRC). We also can meet special hardness for hoist factories` requirement .We test the hardness more carefully (see below pictures).

5,Supply technology support .Design the chain according to clients` requirement

6, Supply Polished, Oxidated black,electric Galvanization,painted cover , Plastic power cover,Dacromet. Our painted cover is done in warm room which with high color fastness.It is difficult to remove by knife in Europe client`s lab.

1,How many calibration do we do ? Why ?

Two times. First time is before the heat treatment and Second is after heat treatment because we want to reach the exact size .

2,Why is The second calibration strength a little higher than proof test ?

The second calibration is require higher strength to pull the link meeting exact size .

3,Why do we do not proof test too if second calibration with higher strength ?

A few chain link is weak after second calibration ,but not broken . So this weak link can be found during the proof test. Although it is a small probability event

4,Do we make the proof test every link?

Yes.We do 2 proof tests.

A,The second calibration test the every link with short length. B,The proof test is done every link with long length

5,Can supply the samples? How can we pick up the samples?

We can supply the samples to our client which are picked up randomly from the mass production. It means the samples quality are same as our mass production.

6,How can we deal with the quality problem?

Clients may import chain from different suppliers .Our chain has mark(S)with other seal.We are responsible for this (S)chain.

7,How can we control the material Alloy steel?

Every booth of our alloy steel has test report.
