Process principle of the Automatic Brush Filter (self-cleaning)

Through the pressure switch to monitor changes in pressure, when the pressure access to the setting value, the electric controller send signal to the hydraulic control valve and driving motor, and then trigger the following actions: motor driving rotary brushes, cleaning the filter, control Valve opening and blow downing. The entire washing process takes several seconds. When the cleaning is over, control valves will close, electrical motor will stop rotation, and the system will return to its initial state, begin filtering into the next process.

After equipment is installed, commissioning by the technical staff. Set the time of filtering and cleaning conversion time.
