Description:

ZR5696 Gasket sealant is one component oxime type RTV silicone sealant, blue, general use, Good oil resistance, low odor, non-corrosive, low elongation.

Technical data:

Remark: All the above data come from 25 °Cand 55% RH glue curing conditions after 7 days.

Instructions:

l Clean surface:

Use with the appropriate solvent such as alcohol, acetone, xylene, etc.

l Operation:

Cut off the mouth, installed nozzle, coated uniformly on the surface which need to be sealed. Assembly, and clear out excess glue.

l Curing:

Put sealed parts in the air, cured at room temperature. At low temperatures, the curing time will be extended. Deep cure will takes 7 days.

Notes:

l If you operate by dispenser, Air pressure should be kept in 0.2 ~ 0.4 Mpa.

l In principle, opening glue should be use up as soon as possible, if not use up, glue should be sealed and storage at room temperature.

Storage and transportation:

l 310 ml/PC, 25PCS/CARTON

l This product should be storage below 35 °C with cool and dry environment.

l Shelf life: 1 year (below 25 °C)
