1. How to choose the material of bucket ?

HDPE bucket: Low cost, suitable for handling grains, foodstuffs, and other products without burrs and bulk density less than 1g/cm3. Materials over 80 degree celsius is not suggested. Nylon bucket: suitable for handling highly abrasive products. Extremely strong. They're unsurpassed in rough or severe service elevators. Materials over 120 degree celsius is not suggested. PU bucket: suitable for handling extremely abrasive material. They are excellent for extremely high throughput elevators. 2. Our bucket advantage compare to other suppliers: More reasonable design on the profile of the bucket: With unique reinforcing rib and thickened front lip and back wall. We made an appropriate reduction on the thickness of non-wearing position and increase the thickness on the easily weared parts like front lip and the poison where fit the bolts.the bucket becomes more wear-resistant and win longer life time while not increase the total weight of the buckets.
