About Us

1. Found in the 1980s, started as state-owned enterprise, and became one limited liability company in 2005.

2. Started to produce slewing bearing in 1995, and began to produce formally slewing ring in batches ever since.

Warranty for this product shall be effective for one year after installation or for a maximum of 18 months after delivery. This warranty period shall only be limited to the estimated service life of the product, as relevant calculation or the service life set out in other documents of the Company.

Headquarter, Yantai Haoyang Machinery Co., Ltd. (“Company”), founded in the 1980s as a state owned enterprise, has more than 800 employees, including more than 50 professional technicians, and covers an area of 56,200 square meters, including 18,300 square meters of plant area. The Company is mainly engaged in production and sales of slewing bearings and vehicle wheel hub. The central raceway diameter of its slewing bearings ranges from Φ200mm to Φ3150mm.

Predecessor of Haoyang: Zhaoyuan High Strength Standard Part Plant, which was founded in the 1980s. Trial-production of “Haoyang” brand slewing bearing, which took the lead in the province, succeeded in 1995 and was awarded the third prize for scientific and technological achievement. Main applications of slewing bearings: excavator, tower crane, truck crane, port crane, marine crane, tunnel borer, wind energy, packaging and filling machinery, forklift, personnel lift, robot, radar, medical scanner, aerospace & aviation, and automotive & ship engineering. Vehicle wheel hub products are widely used in carrier vehicle and automobile industries.

Always being sticking to the principle of meeting customers’ demands over the years, the Company constantly improves its technical progress and management modernization, guided by science and technology, and centered on quality. It owns the specialized slewing bearing designing and manufacturing technologies and has established a complete CAD design system and a complete information management system.
