Steel Pipe Anticorrosion Air Compression Equipment

It is used in controlling equipment, internal blasting, epoxy powder coating etc.

It consists of screw air compressor, gas-storage tank, filter, frozen type dryer and compressed air main pipeline etc.

1. The air system mainly meet the requirements of compressed air for powdered epoxy coating device & pulse dust collecting equipment.

2. Also we can equip set famous band (INGERSOLL-RAND) air compressor system to replace hydraulic control system to control the line as per customer's requirement.

3. It is mainly including:one set oil-free lubrication screw air compressor(11m3/min,1.0MPa),

two sets 1.5 m3 air storage tank,

20 m3/min filter

adsorption equation dryer and so on.

4. Air system pressure request: Water volume <1.3g/m3, oil volume<0.003mg/m3.

5. With Air Compression Station:

Compressed air: Pressure: >0.7MPa

Gas consumption: <16 m3/min.

The compressed air not includes oil, water or any other impurities.
