3. Diamon Saw Blade

Diamond cutting blade with segment size same as above segment introduce. From this picture, the white segmented

blade is for granite while the yellow segmented blade is for marble. Our edge cutting blades are specially made,

and we considered a lot about the cutting finish/surface of stone, the sides of segment is very well designed.

We also supply for horizental blade machine, as well as vertical multi blades.

The welding is high-frequency brazed. Welding suggestions:-

granite blade (white segment), you can use alloy with less silver content, for example 25%, 30%silver, depend on workers' skill.

while for marble (yellow segment), the higher silver content the better, otherwise too less silver it will burn the segment. for example 35%, 40%, 45% even 50%silver, depend on workers' skill. And also the alloy thickness couldn't be too thick because it will take longer welding time to melt the alloy which also could burn the segment.

In our factory, every teeth segment is tested by torque wrenche, to envoid drop teeth, below is suggesion of some size blades:-

-. Diamond block with metal bond: mostly used for granite grinding, it brings very long life compare to traditional fickert abrasive, the price-performance is much better. with time passed, more and more people prefer it.

-. Diamond grinding plate: mostly used for grinding granite, some customer also used for marble some times, but it should be wit marble segment if so.

-. Diamond Frankfurt: used for marble grinding, brings very long lifespan, much better prie-performance compare to traditional magnesite frankfurt.
