7. Main features

Most of the hot winds are cycled within the box. By making of the forced ventilation, the upper and lower temperature difference can be reduced.

8. Work principle

The steam or electricity is used as the heat source. The axial fan is used for heating the air of the heat exchanger in node of convective heat exchanging. The hot air stream transfers the heat to the material through the drying tray. The fresh air enters the drying box through air inlet hole for making-up. The humid air is exhausted from the dehumidifying hole. In this way, the machine keeps the proper relative humidity in the drying box.

As this kind of dryer is so big,it can't be packed with wooden case,or it can't be put into the 40' container. So the dryer put into the container directly.Pls see the picture below.

After sale service should be done by the seller within one year. Hangzhou JINZHU Machinery Co. Ltd. will provide all kinds of technical support to the buyer by telephone, fax or e-mail free of charge. We can also express the part to buyer if the part conk out because of quality reason. But any service cost to buyer’ s country is not included. Overstep one year, service cost should be pay by the buyer.
