Gio 2.8TC electronic control common rail diesel engine disassembling and assembling training stand

Brief introduction,

This training stand adopts a disassembling overturn stage of a new Gio 2.8TC electronic control common rail diesel engine assembly ,which consists of two parts,that is,the disassembling overturn stage and detecting control stand. Also,student can start the engine and then test the assembly condition by connecting with the detecting control stand.The training stand is suitable for students of junior and senior vocational school,university or other training institutions to studying the electronic control engine system.

Function and characteristic

With a real electronic control common rail diesel engine,the basic structure and the working process can be displayed vividly.The training stand consists of an overturn stage and a detecting control stand.There are an electronic control common rail diesel engine assembly and a 360-degree disassembling overturn stage on it.Besides,the detecting control stand includes control panel,engine ECU,cooling system,oil supply system and storage battery,etc.With a reduction gear,the disassembling overturn stage can roll over axially at any angle so that it is more convenient to work.There are various kinds of parts on the detecting control stand including engine ECU,water tank,fuel tank,oil pump,instrument,ignition switch,etc.The color circuit diagram on the training board is protected by the 3-mm thick organic glass.Students can learn and analyze the working principle of the electronic fuel injection system and the control system.The electrical signals such as resistance,voltage,current,frequency can be detected with the help of terminals ,sensors,actuators installed on the training board.The auto instrument,fuel pressure gage,vacuum pressure gage can help to display the real time data of the engine speed,injection pressure,intake manifold pressure ,etc.The diagnosis base on the training stand which can connect a decoder ,so reading fault code,eliminating fault code,reading data flow can be easy.Configurated with protective device such as power supply master switch,flywheel protective cover.Welded with steel and painted,also with a self-lock truckle so that the training stand is safe ,movable ,sturdy and durable.With an intelligent fault setting and assessment system
