XP series vacuum sewage pump

Structure:

The vacuum sewage pump is composed by body, rotor, cover, leaf and bearings.Its force is obtained from the power, through the rotor shaft, the eccentric vane rotating in and out of the tank,sealing air, to form the negative pressure, and use the balance of atmospheric pressure and tank pressure to inhale the liquid.

Application:

It is widely used in oil(diesel) extraction , industry trash water, the corruption, methane, fish ponds and toilet out, poultry-farm, also applied the hotel to clean rice slag, as well as the city sewage...

Working theory:

When the eccentric rotor rotates, centrifugal force of the vane in a role close to the inner wall of the pump, suction increases the volume of studio, which was pumping gas inhalation until the vane to the suction end of the inhalation of gas is isolated . Rotor continues to rotate, gradually compressing the gas to be inhaled, the pressure increased, when the pressure exceeds the exhaust pressure, the gas is discharged outside the pump, so that repeated cycles, the air inside the container into a vacuum pumping. The pump can be installed in tricycle, tractors, car and motor.

operation steps:

1. push the upper for, make firedamp vacuum pump rotary work, ready to start pumping.

2. insert the liquid tank catheter into the bottom of fermentation tank or the methane tank.

3. twist the four-valve,connect to liquid tank and make pumping pipeline flow, suction operation started.

4. pumping slurry operation, should observe the rear air rising height of liquid level, when the liquid level reaches a certain height (usually to observation tube top position ) should be rapidly closing control valve, disconnect the gas path, so that the container and biogas vacuum pump system is disconnected.
