2.preform mould feature :

1. Core, cavity, neck part of the mold will use 2316(Germany) ,The HRC is 48-50C.

Mold plate will use the P20 ,all plate are nickel plated, the HRC is 28 C.

Valve pins are using the material SKD61 and SKH51 ,the HRC is 48-52C and 59--61C.

Nozzle from Japan,will use the material Beryllium bronze with HRC 38C

Each cavity has its own heating zone and is temperature measured by a thermocouple. There is no sprue at the bottom of the preform. When the injection molding stops, the valve gate closes the runner

good cooling system.There is also cooling system on core,cavity,neck,slide plate.

Employed internationally advanced two-step dual taper locating technology. Each cavity self-locks independently to ensure low decent ration of product.

5.Product Design Checking

We will make bottle or cap drawing .and send customer for confirmation before make

6.Mould Design

We make mould design on the basis of confirmed product design, and send to customer for confirmation.

7.Mold Tooling

We start to make mold after mold design confirmed

↓

8.Mold Processing

Send report to customer once each week

↓

9.Mold Testing

Send trial samples and try-out report to customer for confirmation

↓

10. Mold Modification

According to customer’s feedback,we will modifiy it

11.Balance settlement

40% by T/T after the customer approved the trial sample and mould quality.

↓

12.Delivery

Delivery the mould by sea or air. The forwarder can be designated by your side.
