Y4-68 type boiler induced draught fan for power plant

Both G4-68 type centrifugal ventilator fan and Y4-68 type draught fan are joint-designing series products by fan industry in 1982 year.

1.Application :Suitable for ventilating and induced air matched usage of thermal power plant steam boiler which is less than 230t /h. G4-68 type centrifugal ventilator can be also used for mine ventilation and general ventilation,if haven't special requirements.

2.Advantage:high efficiency,low noise,high-intensitive.

3.conveying medium: exhaust gas,the highest temperature is not more than 250°C.

4.Shape:single suction type.There is No.8,No.9,No.10,No.11.2,No.12.5,No.14,No.16,Together 7models.The fan can be made into right rotation and levorotation two types.

5.Air outlet location as per the air outlet angle of case.Both the right rotation fan and left rotation fan can be made into 0°C,45°C,90°C,135°C,180°C,225°C,together 6angle

6.The kind of driving is D type.Motor and fan connected by flexible coupling Direct drive.

7.Structure: It is made of impeller,case,air inlet, Governing Valve and drive unit.

1).impeller:12 backward airfoil blades,welding between the arc cone type wheel cap and flat wheel disc. The impeller is solid body in the blade head. And increase wear-resistant material bead weld in the easy wear parts, improved the lifetime of blades. And it operate stably by dynamic and static balance calibration

2)Case:Using ordinary steel plate welding into spiral casing overall. Two type of single suction fan. The case of No.8-12.5 is made into overall structure.Quarter of the case of No.14a nd No.16 can be discharge.And there is also ash door in the above of snail-shaped plate,come with Appropriate thicken to prevent soot wear and improve service lifetime.

3)air inlet is made into Convergent clipper-built overall structure.Use bolting fixed the inlet side of case.

4)Governing Valve:The device to adjust the air quantity of the fan.No.8-12.5 is made of 13 Flower petals type blades,all is axial installed in the front of air inlet. It operate flexible and convenient,because using outside drive structure. Adjustable range from 90°( total close)to0°( total open). The Switch handle location of the governing valve in right,looking from the air inlet.For right rotation fan,push the Switch handl from bottom to up is total close to total open.For levorotation fan,push the Switch handl from up to bottom is total close to total open.

In order to all parts of the governing valve operate wellMust be good lubrication. For induced draught fan,because the gas temperature is higher,using molybdenum sulfide high temperature grease(260°C)lubrication. Can guarantee lubrication effect while high temperature.

5) Drive unit:all kind of driving is D type.It is made of main shaft bearing box,coupling,etc.The main shaft is made from quality steel.Using rolling bearing water-cooling overall bearing box.Need add to install water duct. Water consumption differ from environmental temperature tonvironmental temperature.Generall,think about as per 0.5~1 m3/ h. Thermometer and oil level indicator is installed on the bearing box.Using30# machine oil,oil inlet as per oil level mark requirements.
