I. Main Technical

1 .Film extrusion machine is newly designed, screw L/D is 32:1,.

2. Multi-stages of compression, cutting, mix melting,

3. Output could reach 2 times than others.

4.Moreover, by making use of high speed extrusion, even shearing and mix melting, the plastic could be fully plasticized meantime to make the film more transparent, more even, more glossy, the film's horizontal and vertical pulling tension also have been enhanced greatly.

1) The reducer box: 1:16 three-stage reduction

2) Good water cooling device.

3) Air ring: high-pressure blower, controlled by frequent inverter

4) Single & double winding: controlled by automatic tension.
